 Individual Psychotherapy

Therapy allows you to build tools, cope with difficulty, and reduce emotional or mental distress. Together, we’ll explore past and current relationships, patterns, and feelings that have contributed to what you’re experiencing.

01

Approach

While every client is different, my approach aims to understand the underlying motivations and conflicts we experience and use those insights to make decisions and act with more conscious awareness. Your journey might include an exploration of individual motivations and patterns, which help identify the root causes of our challenges. This approach allows us best to integrate discoveries from sessions into our daily lives.

Clients find that this approach helps them create connections, identify trends in their lives, and embrace their agency.  Each session is an investment in your well-being, and an accumulation of sessions will help you better understand how you relate to yourself, others, and the world.

02

Fees

Each therapy session is 45-minutes and is an investment of $175. I do not accept insurance to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and provide the best care for you as an individual. For additional information, please review the frequently asked questions.

03

Commitment

Therapy requires a weekly commitment, at a minimum. Some patients may benefit from a higher frequency. This commitment ensures that we continue to build on the progress you have made.

04

In-Person and Virtual Therapy Sessions

I offer both in person and virtual therapy. In person appointments are held at my office in Denver, and online sessions are held using a HIPAA-compliant platform. Together, we will evaluate the most suitable modality for your needs.
